Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts and no cancellation fees. Annual plans are paid upfront and non-refundable for the remaining period, but you can cancel renewal at any time. We believe the product should earn your subscription every single month.
Annual plans are billed once a year at a 20% discount versus the monthly rate. For Pulse Core that's $1,430 per year instead of $1,788. You get the same features with no commitment beyond the year. The toggle on the pricing page shows you the exact monthly equivalent for any annual plan.
Radar is for founders who want competitive tracking and market signals but don't need the full intelligence layer yet. Core adds the investor update generator, AI CMO priorities, and customer language mining. Command is for founders with active investor relationships who need board prep, narrative tracking, and a Chief of Staff layer on top of everything in Core.
Yes. Your startup data, metrics, and competitive intelligence are private to your account. We do not share, sell, or use your data to train models. Your competitive context is yours. We take this seriously because we are also founders, and we would not use a product that exposed our strategic data.
