01, Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using foundrfrnd and its products, including Build, Pulse, and Scale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including waitlist members, beta users, and paying subscribers.

02, Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation, transmit harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

03, Beta Access and Pricing

During the beta period, founding member pricing is locked for life. When foundrfrnd reaches general availability, beta founders retain their founding rate permanently. We reserve the right to change pricing for new users at general availability. All beta subscriptions are annual.

04, Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are the exclusive property of Fatima & Co. LLC. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the services to you.

05, Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fatima & Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
